MMD Waltt Model Download [V.3.1]

Okay, let me start this by saying I don't think the model is "Perfect". However, I really like how he looks, but I don't know if i'll have time to fine tune him soon. If I do though, I'll release an update. 

Also, sorry for the boring picture. I'm sleepy right now. But I'll try to up date that asap, too.

Okay, so I updated a few things. Mainly his shoulders. Got those so they like, don't separate from his body, ehehe. Also a few other minor fixes, that are detailed in the read-me if you're curious.
